Beautiful and comfortable

This is an amazing top floor space where families can spread out. It has beautiful views and is outside the city center but very accessible to everything. Carmen was so easy to work with and was very kind to accommodate all of our travel plans. It was wonderful!!

This place is perfect this place is near to bus stop, subway station, and restaurants. The apartment is impeccable and spacious. Carmen is super friendly and helpful, she gave us good advice how to navigate the city, we would stay here again. Highly recommended

Lovely Apartment

Apartment was VERY clean with great views of the city. The sunrises were spectacular! Very close to metro, grocery store and restaurants. Carmen was fabulous and kept us completely informed before our arrival. Richard

Excellent property for visiting Barcelona

We had a great stay at Carmen’s VRBO. The property was what we were looking for situated very close to the metro which allowed easy access to the various points we visited in the city. The two areas in the property were perfect for 2 couples. We lost communication with our host after our check in, had no response to our inquiries. The place was clean and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. Only 2 elements worked on stove. Penthouse suite was sweet.

It is really a pleasure to stay here. Very big appartement and very clean. It is near the metrostation which brings you in 15 minutes to for example Sagrada Familia. The supermarket is also very close and a nice typical Spanish restaurant just around the corner. Thanks fot the tip Felicia!

Great place to stay in Barcelona

Apartment located in very good spot, close to public transport and stores. Really well prepared and equipped, everything was working as supposed. Also view in the night was amazing. I recommend, 10/10. Hopefully, I will come back one day in future.

Penthouse suite

The apartment itself was spacious with a large terrace overlooking the city from the top floor. Everything was spotless. Many amenities provided, wifi worked great, espresso machine, washing machine, etc. Location was pretty good a few blocks from the metro station, which was very convenient to get around Barcelona. Fun in Barca

The apartment is well equipped for long or short stays. The location is outside of the city center, but has easy access to the metro. The outdoor patio is great on a warm evening. Parking is on the street and not easy to find. I got a space and didn’t move the car again until we left. Carmen met us at the appointed time and was very helpful in getting us settled in.

Perfect for two couples

The condo is very spacious and the floor plan with bedrooms separated by the main living area provided a lot of privacy for two couples. The condo is well outfitted with everything including shampoo, body wash, hand soap and coffee pods that were provided by Carmen. We enjoyed the large terrace when the weather was warmer. Location is great with just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We were able to find parking for our rental car down the street from the condo. Carmen was very responsive to our many questions and offered to come over to show us how to operate the oven when we couldn’t get the oven to work. It would be helpful to have written instructions for oven operation. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Best Host Ever!

The property was great and exactly as described! This was a very spacious unit for our party of 4 and seems to be able to fit up to 6 comfortably. Our host Carmen was amazing since the day we booked the unit! She reached out to introduce herself and provided local restaurant options upon our request. She made herself available during our stay in case we needed anything and was very patient when we got lost and checked in an hour late. We really enjoyed the location since it was a couple blocks away from one of the metro stops and a variety of restaurants. Since this location is outside of the city center, it allowed us to rub elbows with the locals but was a quick metro ride into the main city center. We will definitely stay here again!

Beware Host is Money Hungry

We stayed at Carmen’s apartment for a 3 nights stay prior to a cruise from Barcelona. The apartment looks just like it shows in the pictures. However some of the appliances didn’t work. For example, the stove had several broken knobs, two burners and the oven didn’t turn on. There are cameras all over the apartment. We felt a lock of privacy. The linen and towels were received in very bad conditions with holes and discoloration. I was surprised to receive an added fee from Carmen for stained towels. This woman is trying to find a way to charge additional fees. Very dishonest!! Stay away!! DO NOT RENT this place.

Lovely Apartment; Delightful Neighborhood

Let's start with the positives, and there are many positives to mention. First, the neighborhood is delightful, filled with pubs bakeries, coffee houses, and restaurants, with wonderful Spaniards (but not so many tourists) enjoying themselves well into the night. But central Barcelona is only a couple of metro stops away from the very convenient local station. The apartment itself reminds me of so many middle-class, nicely appointed abodes I've been to, and lived in, around Europe. All the rooms can be shut off by doors, allowing for wonderful privacy. And the terraces are amazing, off of almost every room, with views across Barcelona. The only problem was with check-in. We secured this property for five of us, with two others opting for a hotel in town. The two others had their own car, so we put all our luggage into the car, and we flew on Vueling without baggage fees. Then Vueling delayed the flight, so the two in the car would arrive first, drop the luggage, and be with friends for dinner. We would arrive later. Absolutely not, said Carmen, without offering some alternative, like leaving the key with a neighbor or a friendly local shop. I understand that receiving two groups at two different times is burdensome, but at those prices, I certainly would have expected more flexibility on her part. Her husband, who received us, BTW, was delightful.

Amazing apartment with a caveat

For 3 single people this apartment was amazing. I think really its two apartments in one so we had a huge amount of space. It’s basically the entire top floor with a huge terrace and a balcony on the other side giving you amazing views of Barcelona, Badalona and the surrounding hills. the kitchen and dining area are perfect and the three bedrooms are spacious and very pleasant. An extra friend of ours decided last minute to come and join us and the host kindly didn’t have a problem with us doing this but made it quite clear that he wasn’t to sleep on the couch. There was some form of camp bed cushion in the wardrobe which he used on the lounge floor but it wasn’t great, that’s why I say its good for three people but not four. The Wi-Fi’s good and it even has an electric massage chair which was nice after a days cycling around the city. The only reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is that upon arrival we were confronted by a note on the door informing us of cctv cameras inside the apartment. This wasn’t declared beforehand and had it been we might have found somewhere else as we did not like the idea of being watched. There were two, one in the entrance hall and one in the lounge/dining area and at night there was a light on them letting us know that they were recording. My mate sleeping in the lounge was a bit put off by this, understandably. I can appreciate that with such a nice apartment you want to protect yourself against bad tenants but cameras are a bit extreme.

Desde la llegada hasta la salida todo fue excelente, Él vecindario muy céntrico con acceso a todas las facilidades. Él restaurante donde hicimos la mayoría de las comidas el ambiente era excelente al igual que el personal De verdad que los recomiendo para todos.
