Fristående villa belägen i Nerja med fantastisk utsikt över havet och bergen. Villan har AC i alla sovrum och WiFi. Det finns en privat pool med stor terrass och sex solstolar. Det finns en stor terrass utanför vardagsrummet och en ytterligare täckt terrass utanför köket, alla med fantastisk utsikt. På villaens framsida finns en grillterrass och parkering. Det finns också möjlighet att använda den stora gemensamma poolen och trädgårdarna.
Det stora sovrummet har ett komplett badrum duschrum. Familjen Badrummet har ett badkar med dusch i ett. Vi tillhandahåller en barnstol och barnsäng om det behövs, utan kostnad, måste du ta med sängkläder till barnsäng. Vi tillhandahåller också poolhanddukar. Om det behövs kan vi ordna flygplatstransfer med ett lokalt företag.

Fantastic views

Fantastic house in a great location. The views of Nerja town, the mountains and the Mediterranean are fantastic. The house is high class. Short walk to El Oasis for a drink. The house was in line with expectations.

Magnifik utsikt! Något slitet i ytskikten. Svårt att få varmvatten varje dag. Köksutrustningen behöver uppdateras med bättre knivar, enhetliga tallrikar, glas osv.

Very nice house with a great view

We had a very nice stay. The villa is well appointed with very good beds. The view is amazing! Also the swimmingpool was great. Smart tv with Netflix etc. The only thing we thought that was not so good is the cleanliness of the house. Especially the kitchen could have been cleaner. But overall we where very happy with our stay!

Perfect for our family

We had an amazing 2 weeks in this villa, the property was very clean, and very well supplied with all the linens, crockery and cooking equipment we needed. The view from the upper terrace was amazing, we spent most evenings on there.

Fantastic Holiday

Great location. Lovely Villa with a view that never gets boring. Steep hill so a car is a must. The host, John, was really helpful and accommodating. Lots of fabulous beach restaurants on the Torrox road. Recommend Scarletta's Restaurant in Nerja and the restaurants in Torrox Peublo.

Fantastisk hus og udsigt

Vi var 6 voksne i huset. Der er god plads, meget lækker og stor terrasse med den mest fantastiske udsigt udover havet og ind over Nerja by. Den skønneste pool og poolområde, det ville have været perfekt, hvis der havde været en udebruser. Meget venlig og hjælpsom vært, enkelt ind- og udcheckning

A lovely villa outside Nerja

A lovely villa and pool with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The area is quiet with the only noise being the buzz of the jet skis on the sea. Access to the beach is within walking distance but do be aware the price of a fantastic view over the coast is a steep hill to walk up and down. Nerja itself is walkable but it will take 25 minutes or so to the commercial centre and significantly longer to the Balcon d’Europe. The solution is to hire a car . There are a couple of quiet bars within walking distance but no supermarket or shop. Apart from a couple of local options , restaurants are in Nerja

Lovely villa wth amazing views

Well stocked clean villa. Fantastic views of the sea Nerja and the mountains. Up quite a steep hill, but this is why you get great views. Initially we struggled to find it as its tucked away down a lane, this is also a benifit as it makes it private.We only had one problem, self inflicted as we locked our selves out, one quick call to John and 20 minutes later we were back in....would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice villa, loved the area

Just back from 10 days at this villa. It's a lovely villa but could do with some tlc and few upgraded items. John is really lovely and told us best places to go. We loved Burriana beach, Balcon de Europa and the area and beaches if you turn right at the roundabout as you come down from the villa. You do need a car to stay here but we knew that and listing very accurate in terms of location. We always hire a care as we like to explore. Overall had a fantastic holiday and met some great people in the various bars in Balcon de Europa.

It's the view.

When you walk in, be careful, you may become breathless. The view is just incredible, the color of the sea the mountain in the back and 14 days of sunshine. It's better than we expected. The communication with John was great. He always answered back very quickly. A previous renter had some negative comments about the villa it is certainly not our opinion and we are picky. Nerja is a great little town with excellent restaurants and friendly people. Frigiliana, at the base of the mountain is a must visit. Wish we could spent the summer there.

Très bel emplacement

la vue est vraiment époustouflante., la pièce de vie vraiment très agréable (avec une super télévision), la quartier vraiment très calme et tranquille. la situation de la maison est vraiment très bien les chambres sont assez petites. Il faut ne pas avoir peur pour descendre la pente et garer la voiture il faudrait vraiment un nettoyage approfondi de la maison le tissu des chaises de la salle à manger est tâché, le barbecue était inutilisable tellement il était sale, dans la salle de bains de la suite parentale il y a au moins 10 pommeaux de douche usagés dans le placard sous le lavabo, idem pour le dressing il y a beaucoup de bazar entassé et des petites choses à réparer et à reprendre (brise vent sur la terrasse est cassé, carrelage de la douche extérieure cassé...)

Wonderful views

We stayed in four VRBOs in Barcelona, Seville, Nerja and Ronda during our recent trip. This beauty in Nerja was by far our favorite. We so enjoyed the views, the living space inside and out. We ate outside and enjoyed the views and the night lights. One evening we watched dolphins during our dinner. Great place.

Wow! Spectacular View!

The views are spectacular! Truely enjoyed our stay. Peace and calm. Nerja is very nice with good restaurants and very quaint. Great BBQ's on terrace enjoying the views of the mountains and Mediterranean sea! John was readily avaible with any issues. We highly recommend this villa.

The view...

We had an amazing holiday and spent all our time - when at the villa - either in the pool or on the terrace enjoying the incredible view. Able to catch the bus into Nerja but needed a taxi back due to the steep walk up to the villa. However, we decided it was worth that for the view and the taxis were under 10 Euros. John was incredibly helpful whenever we needed him and the whole booking/arrival process was easy and without stress. Thank you. We would have happily stayed for longer...!

Lovely villa and host - thank you John

A few friends and I stayed in John’s villa in July 2023. The villa was great - really good size for 5 people, great pool, amazing view. The villa was clean and well kept. Kitchen was also well stocked, lovely outdoor seating area. John was an extremely accommodating host - really communicative and helpful. He went the extra mile by letting us bend the times of check in / out to accommodate our flight times. This really made our last day a lot less stressful! Thank you John for a lovely stay - would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a fun holiday in Nerja!

Wonderful Holiday

The villa is lovely with absolutely incredible views. It is located in a peaceful area, we enjoyed eating out in Nerja and exploring the local areas but were most happy just to enjoy spending time around the pool and eating at the villa overlooking the sea and especially the stunning night views looking out towards Nerja and beyond. John was really helpful and quickly responsive for any questions. We felt totally settled, relaxed and comfortable in the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The villa will be hard to beat!

Beautiful villa, incredible views, just outside Nerja

We had a lovely stay at the villa; everything was as described and as the pictures. John was great to communicate with, and check in was easy. The views are just incredible! The villa itself is set in a residential area just outside Nerja, at the top of a hill; the bus goes every hour from the hotel at the bottom of the hill, and only costs €1! Taxis are around €6-8. Good supply of cooking and glassware, and the treats on arrival were a lovely touch 😊 I wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful building and setting

We had a great visit to Nerja and a wonderful stay at John's villa. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The setting is perfect for expansive views of the Mediterranean. The neighborhood is safe for walking and the beach is 15-20 minutes from the house. We are considering another visit next year.

Lovely holiday villa with superb views

It is a fantastic holiday villa. The views over the sea and Nerja are really beautiful. Large terrace where 1 part is partly closed by a glass wall. This stopped the sometime still cold morning wind so that we could have breakfast outside every day. On the other side of the terrace there is also a sitting area for the warm hours. Nice private swimming pool with sunbeds that is also well sheltered from any wind. The owner is very friendly and always available to help you. The small road (about 35 meters long) to the house from the main road is a bit steep and although you can park a small car just in front of the house, turning the car there to drive up again is not very easy. Better to drive backwards if you want to park the car just in front of the house. Or leave your car at the main road which we did.

We saw the villa and fell in love with the location and the far reaching views. The outside areas are perfect for making the most of the climate , all year round , with the villas south facing orientation. We lived happily in the villa for 10 years with our family, now both of daughters are back in the UK at University, so we decided to holiday let the villa and give some body else the opportunity to enjoy the property and the stunning views that we were spoilt by every day .
