Perfect located 4 bedroom 6-8 bed house close to ocean and city center

The house is situated in the popular area of Nacka, just 15 minutes (13km) by car to Stockholm city. Public transportation is also available close by, a bus stop 3 minutes from the house take´s you into Stockholm city (routes ~ 2-3 times/h) and within 10 minutes’ walk you have another bus stop where busses leaves for Stockholm city approximately every 10-15 minutes.
The garden is filled with sun from early morning to evening (sun sets on the terrace until around 8.30 pm). The kids have lots of things to do in the garden with trampoline, childrens playhouse, basket goal, football goal.

Floor one:
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with coffemachine, blender, roast, microwave etc.
Living- /dining room open space area has a big nice couch with 3 comfy chairs and a 55” LED flat screen tv, Netflix and Sonos player.
Dining area with a table for 6-10 people.
From the open space living-/dining room area you can enter the terrace deck, located in south west and to enjoy barbequing and dining until sunset.
Bathrooms no1 with shower and toilette.
The laundry room has both a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.

Floor 2:
2 master bedrooms with double beds in both of them.
2 rooms with singel beds and upon request 2 extra madrasser.
Bathrooms no2 with shower and toilette.
Upper living room with small Tv area with 40” flatscreen TV, Apple Tv, Netflix, very cozy for kids.

Nice to know /special request:
The house is standard equipped with 6 beds but can free of charge be equipped with 2 extra beds in upon request.
High speed (250Mb) WIFI included.

On the driveway/carport you can park 2 cars. Electrical charger for cars, available.
On request we can arrange baby beds, strollers, baby chair.

Spabath, 38degrees varm for 4-6people.

Food Store / shopping mall:
A large grocery store and a shopping mall is just 5 min away by car.

Exploring the surrounding area:
Bathing on beach and lakes are available close by; 10 minutes’ walk from the house you have the small lake ”Bastusjön” where you can enjoy an evening swim. The house is also close to” Skurusundet”, about 6 minutes’ walk from the house, where you can sit and enjoy boats pass by.
Nearby you found several lakes for sunbathing, and 10 minutes’ drive from the house you find the popular Beach “Boo badet” in Saltsjö Boo. The archipelago is just around the corner, and there´s boat trips available (mostly from city) for touring out to different islands.
In the area (7 min walk from the house) you also find a nice park (playground), football fields etc for children to enjoy.

5 minutes walk from the house you can also enter the recreation area "Nyckelviken". Here you find walking, running and bikingtracs and an outside gym. There are also a few smaller beaches and rocks where you can sunbathe from. The kids can also pet the animals. They have horses, pigs, cows, rabbits, chickens etc and during weekends ponnyriding is also arranged. You can also enjoy the mansion where you can have av bite to eat or just a coffie. Nyckelviken is a really beautiful place and a dream for families.
