Det är en unik men bekväm miljö på 33 kvadratmeter, med en stor och trevlig terrass där du kan tillbringa några trevliga stunder av avkoppling. Lägenheten är verkligen tyst och är utrustad med allt du behöver för att tillbringa en trevlig semester. Det ligger i San Giovanni-distriktet på den sista och 7: e våningen i en Umbertino-byggnad några hundra meter från basilikan San Giovanni i Laterano, Scala Santa och mycket nära Colosseum och Domus Aurea som också kan nås till fots. Området är fullt av affärer, restauranger, barer, konditorier, köpcentra och stormarknader, det serveras väl med kollektivtrafik, tunnelbana A och C (på 10 minuter kan du nå Piazza di Spagna, 15 i Vatikanmuseerna, 10 minuter från Circus Maximus och Imperial Forums) 300 meter från lägenheten finns det många busslinjer för att komma till den historiska stadskärnan 15 minuter till basilikan San Pietro, 20 minuter till Appia Antica och Villa dei Quintili.

Bra lägenhet

Bra lägenhet med fin terass med utsikt. Lite svårt hitta parkering om man har bil, vi hyrde en parkering i ett garage nära, men var dyrt.... Smidig incheckning med nyckelgömma. Flera restauranger i närheten. Nära Metro och buss. Vi trivdes bra.

Fantastic

Beautiful apartment in a nice neighborhood! The apartment is just wonderful, it has all you can ask for, the terrace is a nice touch in the evening. On July 30 we actually got engaged on the beautiful terrace so this place will always be remembered with love for us.. The only downside is the bed and pillows which is very hard, they don’t have sleep mattresses in Italy. Supermarkets on every corner. Easy too get around by metro. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Take the train to Lido di Ostia on hot days or take a stroll in Villa Borghese. Giulia is a lovely host, she has a lot of books with tips of things to do, she doesn’t speak a lot of English but google translate saves the day. We are definitely coming back! Grazie mille Giulia! Lovely apartment - amazing terrace - great amenities

The host was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. You felt like you were in the "real" Rome and not surrounded only by other tourists. Shopping was great nearby. It was great having an elevator and washing machine. But the best part was having breakfast on the Terrace every morning.Traveled as a solo woman and felt safe and comfortable in the apartment and the neighborhood.

nice stay in Rome

We enjoyed our stay in this appartemen a lot. The terrasse is as big as the appartement itself. This wasn't such a big benifit now in winter time but should be very joyful in the warmer seasons. But nevertheless the heating system was working perfectly. The appartment is well equipped and very well located. We just missed some wine glasses since we've been in the number one wine land of the planet :) The small elevator was very usefull and made it pretty confortable to get to the seventh floor. The host prepared a lot of very good tips for shopping, eating etc. in the neighbourhood.

Apartment much smaller than expected (half the area taken up by balcony, which is too cold to use in winter).Experienced a power cut due to insufficient power in the building at certain hours.Variety of lovely snacks provided (not breakfast exactly).Efficient communication.Convenient location.

Honeymoon stay

The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. Check in instructions were very detailed and she provided pictures too. We stayed over Christmas week and she gave us panettone and wine for the holidays. We accidentally locked ourselves out right before check out with all of our stuff still inside because we didn’t know that even when unlocked, in Italy at least, you still need the key to open the door. Lesson definitely learned! But I messaged the host and her mom came with her key. We were back in within 20 minutes. Very happy with our stay. We’ll remember this trip forever.

Great apartment

Great apartment, 7th floor, secure and has a lift. Patio outside is great however the sewer vent can smell bad so one has to sit away from it. Good location next to shops and close to metro and buses. Air con is great. Had a comfortable stay. Maybe couple of extra towels would’ve been great for a long stay. Good communication with the host.

The studio apartment was exactly as described, except the statement that breakfast is included. There are “treats” in bags. Lots of jam to put on nothing. Instant coffee. So very disappointed. We did as for a refresh of water and requested something fresh. We received a cake and dessert. We booked this specifically as it advertised breakfast included. I would remove this statement in the listing as it’s very misleading. No instructions for the washer/dryer and when asked it was shared there are many so we winged it and unfortunately not everything came out clean. We enjoyed the location and the use of the metro. Metro A line is currently only open til 9 pm. The key holder is across the street, we figured that out. The elevator is a God send, 7 flights would have been too much on a daily as my husband recently had surgery. Don’t forget to close both sets of doors so it works properly. There is a button on the wall near the elevator that unlocks the front door so you don’t need the key every time. All in all we have a nice stay.

Perfect

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at this amazing apartment! Rome was an incredibly city. We were so thankful to be so close to the metro but also so close to some amazing restaurants and shops. I cannot recall the names of the places we visited near by but honestly, google was a tool we used all throughout Italy so go with a well reviewed restaurant and you can’t go wrong. The host has some really great restaurant resources in the apartment too! She was fabulous and very responsive whenever we had a question. Loved the terrace. Just perfect, perfect, perfect.

Home with Balcony

It’s okay until we want to shower. The water is extremely too hot and too cold it doesn’t matter how you regulate it. Also the kettle to boil water is dirty. The door to apartment is hard to open. Thank GOD to the neighbour(Maurizio).In return we bought him a bottle of red wine.😂😂

An excellent value!

Loved the location, just outside the city fray but close to everything. Very close to public transportation. Host was very responsive. The apartment is very small but the terrace is huge. The problem for us was a lack of garden furniture ; just a broken seating unit near the sewer vent and some very uncomfortable wooden folding chairs . It could be fabulous .

Awesome accommodations in Rome

Thank you Giulia. The stay at your property was the best. Everything needed for the stay was provided. The pictures on the site were exactly as is. The location to transportation was excellent.. The bus and metro. The location to shopping, restaurants were also very convenient. I loved the balcony, just loved sitting on it admiring the fresh plants and flowers. No problem with the communication with Giulia. LOL, had an issue with the key getting into the apartment and Giulia's mom came to help immediately. Lastly, I have to make a shoutout to the wonderful neighbors on the floor. They were so helpful during our stay. If visiting Rome again would definitely stay at this property.

Convenient location, met my needs

This property had a lovely terrace on the top floor and the place was exceptionally clean and well stocked. On the smaller side but it fit my needs as a place just to lay my head down at night. The host was very gracious and responded to messages immediately. Conveniently located, about a 2 minute walk to the metro station.
