Beachside Home, located in the Lauderdale Beach neighborhood, is a few steps (150 feet) from the ocean.
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfy living room with a flat-screen TV, a reading room, an equipped kitchen, an outdoor sitting area with lounge chairs, a BBQ, a washer and dryer in the garage, beach chairs, and beach towels provided, all surrounded by tropical lushness.
We have a hurricane shuttle all around this property.

"The Rental Agreement must be handwritten, signed, and sent to us, along with a copy of ID for each person (18 years old and up) who will stay in the house.

This property is under Noise Detection by the City of Fort Lauderdale code enforcement.

We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.

Good value, nice location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming house, located just a short minute's walk from the beach. The neighborhood is mostly residential, offering a peaceful atmosphere with houses surrounding us, rather than towering high-rise condominiums. Access to the beach is convenient via a walkway nestled between the neighboring houses, making the walk to the shore no more than 120 yards. The provided beach chairs and umbrella in the garage came in handy during our beach outings. While the chairs show some wear from the salty environment, they served their purpose well. The house itself has a nostalgic, old-world charm. It was clean and comfortable overall, though some of the window cranks were stuck, preventing certain windows from opening.

Amazing location

This cute property is truly just across the street from the beach. There are beach access parks in either direction from the house. The house was clean, there were plenty of towels, and we loved the rooftop patio where we could sit when it was a bit too breezy on the beach. Great quiet neighborhood!

Ft Lauderdale 2025

Our most important issue with Vacation property is location. This property is a five minute walk to the beach and it’s a beautiful beach. The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Restaurants such Shooters can walked to and many other restaurants are a short drive away. Shopping alternatives are available but require a car to get to. The property has a beautiful front patio to sit out front and enjoy a glass of wine before going to dinner.You can walk to the water taxi stop at Shooters and the airport is a short drive.The inside decor is somewhat old fashioned but very functional with everything you need to prepare a meal.We anticipate going back next year. The owners and managers are very responsive to any issues you may encounter.

Cozy beach cottage

This cute beach cottage is just steps to Fort Lauderdale beach in the quiet neighborhood of Lauderdale Beach. It comes with everything you need for a beach vacation! Many restaurants that you can walk to! Sabrina the property manager made things very simple and and was always available by phone or text message! I highly recommend!

Perfect location - great stay!

Cottage is lovely and the perfect size for our trip. Literally steps to beach and close to wide variety of eating options. Owners were so kind and made sure our stay was perfect.

Great Beach House

The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is nice. Both bathrooms have enough room. The walk to the beach is quick. The week we stayed (before Memorial Day) we basically had a large section mostly to ourselves. It was glorious. If you don't mind walking a bit in the heat there are several restaurants within less than a half mile. But there is also a good amount of free and paid parking as well. It appears that a Publix is also being built right on the main road that leads into this neighborhood. Honestly you could have an uber drop you off here and be set for anything.

Great place!

Such a friendly and safe feeling neighborhood. Our neighbor told us about a little cut through to the beach that lots of people don't know about. It's public property and perfectly legal, just not obvious from the street. With the cut through, the walk to the beach is *maybe 90 seconds. I've stayed in beach front homes that were further from the water than this house. The home itself is very comfortable, everything you need is there. I will say it's definitely time for a pillow upgrade on the beds but that's a small item. I would have also been willing to pay a reasonable fee for early check in. Our plane got in at 8:15 and with 4:00 check in that's a long day. Also, when they say 4:00, they don't mean 3:59. Lock box code gets emailed to you at 4:00! Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone. Extremely reasonable price for so close to the beach.

Wonderful property

This home was perfect for my partner andI I. It is an easy walk to the beach and the backyard was great for our 2 dogs. The house had everything we needed for our month long stay. We had a problem with the ac but the property manager and owner addressed our concern immediately and we had no further issues. This is a very nice home in a great location!

Fantastic Property Near the Beach

The cottage is fantastic. What it lacks in updates, it makes up for in charm and location. There is 1 house between this cottage and the beach and there is beach access 100 yards or less to the north AND south. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing!!

The house was just as described!! The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly!! Beach access 4 house down on each side, 2 min walk at most!! We walked our dogs in the morning and at night with no issues they loved it!! The neighbors keep to there self we did get to meet the man across the street and a couple other people in the neighborhood who were super friendly but for the most part nobody bothers you and it's very peaceful.. We absolutely loved the location our kids walked to the strip alot and there are many things to do in the area.. We would definitely stay again!! Only thing is the beds are all twins and pushing together the master bedroom beds they are uneven do we left them apart wouldve like to been able to share a bed with my husband but we were at the beach and happy either way!! I would highly recommend this property!!!

Great Location

Convenient location, quiet safe neighborhood, privacy guaranteed. Beds were small and could use a full size sofa in living room for comfort. TV kept freezing. Excellent kitchen convenience and cozy setting. Very clean and great temperature control. Host was most gracious and helpful.

Quiet Cottage -- Peaceful Ocean Beach

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet and very safe. The open beach was merely a few hundred feet away and the beach itself is seemingly private. The house itself is cozy and clean. However, the 10:00 AM mandatory check-out time makes for a frenetic exit morning and that wasn't fun. Also, in terms trash/recycle disposal and laundry duties required of guests, it would be nice if the property owner provided laundry detergent and trash bags. Other than that, it was a totally blissful existence at this property.
