Family of 4 get away. This is a perfect cottage in a perfect location. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery store, parks… everything within easy reach. Great home base. Kitchen is well equipped. Great having washer and dryer on site. We really didn’t have any needs that were not met. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us

What a great cozy cottage. I would highly recommend renting this piece of paradise. Beautiful views, close to downtown, perfect location. The host Karen was very quick to respond, cottage fully equipped with everything you need. I would definitely rent again.

This was our second trip to Balboa Island. This upstairs unit was charming! Great location. Parking space for one vehicle is a bonus on the island. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Restaurants and beach all walkable. A perfect week, thank you!
