This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are what make it. Very friendly and accommodating, food is lovely with plenty of choice. I don’t tend to eat meat when I am Away but they had plenty to choose from. Drinks are great and they have entertainment on every night until 11 which is great, a good couples hotel

Not a 4* but an excellent 3*

The hotel is marked as a 4* which it isn't but it is a fantastic 3* Would definitely recommend it for anyone but particularly young families. We went as a family (our daughter and husband and our 1 year old granddaughter) The vast majority of staff were 10/10. There was the odd one or two bad apples but they were drowned out by the good. The hotel is immaculately clean. By far the biggest reason why it's not a 4 star is the choice of food and quality of alcoholic drinks. Please don't misunderstand me, the food choice was ample for our needs but there is a big difference. The food was well presented and cooked and the dining area clean and spacious. The quality of the drinks/alcohol was a little disappointing. Most cocktails and drinks in general were diluted down. There are 2 good sized pools but not enough sunbeds which only encourages "get your towel in it first thing behavior" Definitely recommend it but go knowing that it's a 3* and you'll definitely get great value for money. Not withstanding everything above we would of happily visit again. Albuferia is worth a visit as is the classy Vilamoura with it's marina.

A beautiful hotel, well kept grounds. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a very useful free shuttle service to local areas and a beautiful beach.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and efficient, spacious clean rooms and communal areas, and a convenient location for nearby towns. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach. We were all inclusive and the food was varied, fresh, and really enjoyable. The pool did get a lot busier our last few days as the weekend and school holidays started. Last 2 days there were too many inflatables and ball games in the south pool, which had been quiet. But everything else was really great.

We stayed for a week the hotel was okay, the staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive. The hotel apartments were good with an aircon, good kitchen, shower has pressure and nice balcony. The only downside was the meals, the breakfast needs improvement it would be nice to have more continental options and improve the quality of the food and drinks.

Quality hotel in peaceful area

Great hotel, fantastic service. Rooms are huge and have everything you need. Pools are beautifully maintained, but need more loungers (there is space). Also bar a bit expensive for those of us not all-inclusive. Good handful of nice bars restaurants in immediate vicinity though, and plenty more in Olhos d’agua (20 min walk) , or Albufeira (10 min taxi) in want something more lively.
