Casa Grande: Unit B

This cozy, family-friendly home is equipped with comfortable living area and bedroom furniture. And it is the perfect place to retreat and relax.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds, AC units, and room darkening curtains.
There is another AC unit in the dining area.

There is a private patio with a seating area.

The bathroom is located in the primary bedroom.

Peaceful atmosphere, great place to retreat, disconnect, and relax.

This property is divided into two separate units; A and B.

There is a backup generator for the entire property.

Access to Unit B only: 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen area, laundry area, bathroom, and backyard.

Important Things To Note:

* We don't allow parties or events at the house (No DJ equipment, decorations, confetti, glitter or fireworks).

* No candles allowed in the house.

* No additional guests allowed. Only the people included in the reservation can enjoy the house. There will be a charge of $100 for each unauthorized guest.

* We don’t allow smoking or vaping inside the house.
Guests must go outside to smoke and vape. Throw cigarette butts in the trash and make sure they are not lit before doing so.

* Stays of 14 days or more will require additional weekly cleanings.
