1 bedroom accommodation in Waren (Müritz)

One of two wooden holiday homes which, together with another vacation home (DZV934), are located separately on the approximately 1,400 square meter leisure property on the outskirts of the town of Waren. The property is completely fenced in. There are bicycle storage facilities, a barbecue, a sunbathing lawn on the property, insect screens on the windows, free WiFi, a terrace, a parking space and a carport. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation.

The approx. 30 m² wooden house with adjustable electric heating has a combined living room and bedroom (corner couch, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, 2 single beds) with an open kitchen area (2-plate stove, refrigerator with freezer). Various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower/WC, underfloor heating) and a covered, furnished terrace.

Pets: The property is fully fenced. Pets must be kept on a lead on the property.

The state-approved spa Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants as well as the Müritzeum, a nature experience center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Highway access approx. 25 km.
